We invite each person to tune into their own intuition and body wisdom, choosing how and when to participate based on their own inner guidance and readiness.
This retreat is about freedom, authenticity, and conscious presence, not about doing everything, but about honoring what is truly aligned.
All sessions are held in a private, intimate atmosphere and the retreat is limited to a small group to preserve depth and intimacy.
